We need more women in technology. We need more women of color in technology. We need to be given a shot at equal opportunities. It is imperative that we have representation in the fields that we want to be in. I had the opportunity to attend an amazing STEM event where I was surrounded by women of all shades! Women that are excelling in technology inspire me! I met girls my age that are SO INTELLIGENT that share common interests and that's always a plus!
