Lauren Pittinger, from Evergreen, Colorado, arrived at Creighton unsure where to begin. By giving herself time to explore, she found her spark. Through involvement in student organizations, she’s built meaningful friendships. She serves as Assistant Vice President for Programming for csuprogramboard.
The encouragement she has found at Creighton, she says, is contagious. “When I had a support team, I was able to do so much more than I thought was possible. For example, as professors have told me to reach for the stars and try for every opportunity, I built up the confidence to reach out to a law firm in Colorado, and now I'm a legal assistant for the law firm.”
