Back at it again! 🙌🏾 Tonight I’m featuring @itsjessicamyers and @davonnereaves of @epiqcollective 🖤🏡📦 🏘 Jessica and Davonne are former college roommates turned co-owners of Epiq Collective, an Atlanta based commercial real estate investment firm that teaches people how to invest in hotels and multi family projects. 🏘 This dynamic duo became the youngest Black women to ever co-own a property under a major hotel chain after partnering a deal with Nassau Investments valued at 8.3 million 🤑 🏘 These influential trailblazers are opening doors in real estate for girls who look like me 🙌🏾 They’re also opening the doors to every new property they acquire 👏🏾✨ Talk about #BlackWomenMagic 🤩 Thank you Jessica and Davonne for all that you do and adding to the incredible history that Black women and girls derive from.
