Today was an absolutely beautiful day to take your practice outside!! ☀️ Andrew has been a student of The Heart Space for 3 years and spends his session time with our teacher Danielle in contemplative conversation, experiencing chair yoga, manual stretch and occasionally aqua therapy. They have a wonderful connection that means alot to them both and that’s The most important part of what we offer here 💖 🫂🦽🧘🏽‍♂️🏊🌊💖 Personally, I’ve been lucky enough to know Andrew for over 10 years. He never ceases to amaze me. He is a fierce advocate for the disability community here in NJ. He always speaks up for his own needs and the needs of others.
