Robert Jenrick has called it "sickening" that people in Britain could be "celebrating Islamist extremists" after planned demonstrations were blocked by the Home Secretary. An annual Al-Quds Day march was due to take place in London this weekend. Speaking to GB News Breakfast, Reform UK's Shadow Chancellor praised Shabana Mahmood for the decision, saying: "We can't have people out on the streets of London or in any of our cities celebrating Islamist extremists." He added: "I would find it sickening to see people out on our streets celebrating him, mourning his death." #RobertJenrick #Reform #Iran #AlQuds #GBNews Keep up to date with GB News at gbnews.com or on X @GBNEWS Become a Friend of GB News: gbnews.com/friend
