The Miami Dolphins are releasing Tua Tagovailoa with an NFL-record $99.2 million dead cap hit after just one year of his $212 million extension. Tua signed a one-year, $1.3 million deal with the Atlanta Falcons where he'll compete with Michael Penix Jr. for the starting job. Miami also traded Minkah Fitzpatrick to the Jets for a 7th-round pick, already cut Tyreek Hill and Bradley Chubb, and signed Malik Willis for $67.5 million. Full-scale rebuild in Miami.
