For the final ABT Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School Meet the Artist of the spring 2023 semester, the Children’s Division was lucky to have current ABT corps de ballet dancer Sierra Armstrong as their guest! 🌟 Sierra (sierranarmstrong) was invited to join the ABT Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School under the direction of Franco De Vita in 2015 and attended the ABT Summer Intensive in 2016. She joined ABT Studio Company (abtstudioco) under the direction of Kate Lydon in January 2016, the main Company as an apprentice in November 2017, and became a member of the corps de ballet in June 2018. Before joining the #ABTJKO School, Sierra trained at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (uncsa), the exclusive Educational Affiliate School of American Ballet Theatre, under the direction of Dayna Fox and Susan Jaffe.
