Live Nation settled a major antitrust case and avoided the potential sale of Ticketmaster under a deal with the Justice Department, but it is now required to allow competitors to list on Ticketmaster’s website. The company also agreed to sell some of its amphitheaters and pay $280 million in civil penalties to 40 states.
