Physics Club members participated in a QuarkNet Masterclass this week, which included a field trip to Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory in Batavia! Students explored the history and frontier of high-energy physics, learned how scientists collect and analyze massive amounts of data, and worked with real data from the MINERvA Detector.

Later that day, they visited Downers Grove South High School to test and compare their findings with fellow students before presenting their data analysis during a Zoom session. #GoTrevs
