Sometimes it’s not about the food…👇🏼 it’s the pressure around it 🙂‍↕️ Toddlers explore foods more when it feels fun, comfy & low pressure or when they feel a little more independent (on their terms, duh) SAVE these ideas to try: - offer the whole version (literally the whole broccoli tree lol) - serve veggies with a dip (even can use as “paint”) - offer it while you’re cooking instead of only at the table - put it on a snack plate or muffin tin vs their typical plate - let them help prep the food (including them in the process!) - try different formats (fries, wedges, cubes, soft/crunchy) - use descriptive words to bring curiosity - serve it family-style so they can pick their own - model eating it yourself (they learn from watching us!) - keep offering it without pressure & make it funny (ps it can take 15+ exposures) Sometimes it’s not the food, it’s the format or pressure around it that makes them not wanna eat it (or maybe they’re just not hungry for it at that time) Have y...
