An absolute incredible kickoff for the GT411 Celica Project! If you have been following, you already know this was going to be an uphill battle for me to learn this car and try to be competitive. Thankfully I got a few corners in on Thursday which helped a lot. Friday was tough as we only got 2.5 laps on track. Then on Saturday the track came around and I got more comfortable as the pressure was put on. We ended up P2 which we were stoked on at a really low pressure fun event. It felt like we were the ones who cared about results haha. The biggest takeaway was the car really performed amazing and there was nothing serious that we needed to overcome mechanically. The car just worked! A true testament to Victor at Teixeixera Fabrication and all of our partners involved in this project.
