We are proud to share the progress of our recent collaboration with Central Outreach Wellness Center (COWC)! Working alongside our Inclusion Program Director, Johanna Murphy, the team at COWC has launched a comprehensive initiative to create a Neurodivergent Employee Resource Group (NERG) dedicated to neurodivergent inclusion. This plan aligns perfectly with their mission of providing affirming, equitable, and community-centered care. From facilitating micro-trainings to identifying cultural barriers and supporting inclusive leadership, COWC is doing the deep work to build a truly accessible workplace.
