WOW! I can’t help but tear up! When I was 20, I moved to Los Angeles to get a degree in performing arts. After I got that degree, I realized I didn’t want to persue performing as a career. I didn’t want to regurgitate someone else’s words and be told NO! 9 out of 10 auditions. I hate being told that I can’t do something. (I have a problem with authority) 😬 I found most joy in doing my own thing. Directing, set decorating, and producing. I realized I wanted to be the creator of most projects. I wanted to be able to tell stories through my lens in hopes that they would inspire others to look at the world creatively. After working at creative places like Disneyland, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Michaels and a social media company, I realized these jobs inspired me and taught me things, but not one of them fulfilled me entirely.
