as someone who’s been running on and off since I was young, I’m finally coming to terms with taking a step back and being a slower & more intentional runner. Things I’ve noticed since I started listening to my body & running at a slower pace: 1. Less injury overall 2. Lower back pain has gone away 3. Don’t feel winded & exhausted after every run 4.
