New owners are breathing some life into a beloved central Oregon roadside attraction. Less than a year after being put up for sale, the Petersen Rock Garden is under new ownership and hoping to reopen to the public this Memorial Day. As first reported by KTVZ, the garden’s new owners are also reportedly giving the attraction a new, longer name: The World-Famous Petersen Rock Garden & Museum (and Peacock Sanctuary).
