As I sit back and reflect on this year, I am just overwhelmed with pride for this special group of young women. It’s not the trophy that we wanted, but what a journey this season has been. 🦅🏀 We finished the year 26-9 and battled our way to the Southern California Division I Championship Game. But the record and the accolades only tell part of the story. What the scoreboard doesn’t show are the hard practices, the relentless grind, and the absolute heart these girls poured into our program every single day. To my team: You bought into the vision, you played for the name on the front of the jersey, and you never backed down from a challenge. You gave me everything you had, and I could not be more honored to be your head coach. You played with true grit.
