The FBI is investigating a shooting at Old Dominion University as an act of terrorism after a man entered a classroom filled with ROTC students and shot and killed the leader of the class. Officials say Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, a former soldier in the Virginia National Guard, is the suspect in the attack. He was previously arrested in 2016 and accused of giving material support to the terror group ISIS.
