CORRECTION OFFICER INDICTED: A state correction officer has been indicted for a crash that seriously injured a pregnant woman and killed her unborn child. Andre-Marcel Devieux, 28, is accused of driving onto the wrong side of the road and crashing into another car. At the time of the crash, he was employed as a correction officer at Fishkill Correctional Facility. Devieux faces a slew of charges, including assault, reckless endangerment and reckless driving.
