This week in the OR has been such a turning point for me. I used to feel so anxious walking in, and someone even mocked me beforehand- which honestly sucked. But I stayed focused, trusted myself, and did really well. I’m starting to feel genuinely confident when the surgeon asks me to help him with something. Growth doesn’t always feel comfortable, but this week reminded me I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be! #paschool #medicine #surgery
