Penelope Road x Harvey Street | iowacitygabes Back on 3/3/26 Harvey Street opened up for Penelope Road on their “Chance Encounter” tour. It was both bands first time in Iowa City & the crowd brought the energy. They are currently still touring around the midwest and southeastern. If you have not bought tickets yet, I highly recommend going to one of their shows. Hopefully they come back to Iowa City to do another show since the energy and vibes were electric!
