this salad has been on repeat all week 🥕 funny enough I’m not the biggest fan of carrots - particularly chunky pieces of it. But ooooh when it’s done like this in a refreshingly tangy, creamy and slightly spicy salad I could eat a whole tub of it in one sitting.
