Another day in the van in France 🚐🇫🇷 So far Duolingo has taught me ‘Il y a un arbre’ there is a tree and ‘mes voisins sont gentils’ My neighbours are kind. Neither of which has come up yet 🤷‍♀️ I have learnt how to order from a menu in French and ask if dogs are allowed inside which is perhaps giving people a false sense of my abilities. I’m finding myself in conversations very far out of my depth, like having today’s lunch options recounted by word of mouth. They were so patient for me when I froze like a rabbit in headlights and for that I am very grateful #vanlifefrance #europeroadtrip
