Makes 20 truffles For the truffles: 1 13.29-oz. package Golden Oreos (33 Golden Oreos) 8 oz. plain cream cheese 2 cups Lucky Charms (both the cereal + marshmallows) For topping (optional but encouraged): 2 oz. white chocolate (chips or bar) Optional if needed to thin chocolate: 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil 1/3 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows Instructions: To a food processor, add Golden Oreos and process on high speed for about 30 seconds until the cookies become uniform crumbs. Add the cream cheese and process again until fully mixed, about 60 seconds. If needed, use a rubber spatula to break up the cream cheese and get things moving.
