I believe I’ve meditated enough for the last three months - sometimes two or three times a day. I’ve listened to countless podcasts, read an endless number of books, and filled myself with knowledge, insights, and inspiration. And trust me, I truly got it. I absorbed it all. But now… it’s time to activate it. That’s why I’ve intentionally stopped meditating at home for the past three days. Because I realized I can sit in silence, visualize, and manifest all I want - but nothing will truly change unless I take action. The real meditation happens during the day - with eyes wide open. When you’re driving and someone cuts you off. When unexpected things happen and instead of reacting, you breathe and say, “Let’s see where this takes me.” When life throws a curveball and you choose calm over chaos.
