Last weekend was truly one for the books. I had the incredible honor of attending the mindvalley Summit - two days surrounded by 1,400 people who, just like me, came to grow, evolve, and step into the highest version of themselves. It felt like home. A space where I could speak the same language as others and feel deeply understood. Seeing drjoedispenza and gwynethpaltrow on stage was a true gift. Gwyneth spoke openly about the challenges of being a woman in today’s world - how we often feel pressured to live up to certain expectations and appearances. It was, as always, a great pleasure to see davidghiyam again for the second time and to listen to his teachings on Kabbalah wisdom.
