Have you ever heard of synesthesia? 🎶 Its when your brain routes sensory info through unrelated senses. There are different kinds, but mine is auditory. For me, music is not just something I hear—it's something I see and feel. It wasn't until my twenties that I realized not everyone experiences music this way. I have two types of synesthesia: Auditory-tactile synesthesia: When I hear sounds, I feel physical sensations, like changes in temperature, pressure, or even pain. 🔊🧊🔥 (This is why i hate fireworks and balloons or any popping sounds) Chromesthesia: Music creates vivid visual images for me. I dont see colors as much as i see shapes, and movements as if they're projected on a screen in front of my face. This is automatic and involuntary, and its comes in handy as a choreographer but not so much during Fourth of July 🎇🤣 Anyone else? 👀 #synesthesia #hsp
