This is a #bts from when I recorded my latest single “Girls Like U”. Truth be told I spent days prepping my voice to record the falsetto in this track by imitating Shakira lol (swipe to see video lol) 😂 only to then have the song completely autotuned by the sound engineer 🙄 it does sound good but it feels like my work isn’t reflected in the track (aka vocals). I’m not against #autotune! Every song has some degree or element of editing (unless you’re like Michael Jackson or Whitney Houston or something…) but it really sounds like a different song with the autotune.
