In 2021, I started with a simple idea - smart digital business cards for teams.
That evolved into a Next-Gen AI lead nurturing tool.
To this day, it still generates revenue.
But I let the noise get to me. I kept chasing innovation instead of honoring what was already working. I thought I had to rebuild everything to be “investor ready.” That came with costs: new systems, migrations, and a few hard lessons about who truly valued what we built.
Now I see it clearly: maybe the first idea isn’t the billion-dollar one.
But it can be the million-dollar one that funds your next chapter.
