It doesn’t have to be saddles vs portable stands, vs climb ons, etc. It does have to be using the tools we have to accomplish the ultimate goal. For me, I prefer the advantages of a saddle and using the tree to hide but sometimes the tree determines the best set up for the kill shot. In this set up the expectation is that the shot will come to my strong side with a traditional stand set up but there are the same chances they will be on the other side. Plus, this pre set saves me time. Bottom line, sometimes there is something about “the best of both worlds” that we need to consider to achieve a successful hunt. #seekwildernesspodcast #huntyourhunt
