This is a place where you come to feel, taste and discover. You are taken to another world and you are guided with such incredible warmth and care by an exceptional team. Each dish is mesmerising, elegant , whimsical and bursting with intense flavour of the most exquisite ingredients. It is thoughtful, poetic, innovative and absolutely magical. Albert has been an incredible friend, teacher and inspiration to me for so many years and I absolutely love watching him constantly break through the barriers of creativity. There is a bit of rock n roll in him which always brings a certain edge to his dishes. But always well orchestrated like a beautiful symphony.
