There is an art to not being ready… and creating anyway. There comes a moment in every creator’s life where you realize you’ve been playing small with something that was never meant to be small.
For a long time, I held pieces of my music quietly. I questioned whether I should release certain stories, certain emotions, certain truths. As artists we carry a strange weight — the fear of judgment, the fear of being misunderstood, the fear of revealing just how deeply we feel.
But the truth is… music has always been the place where my soul tells the truth.
The project I’m pouring my heart into now is called 13 Moons. Each moon represents a phase of a woman’s life — cycles of love, awakening, heartbreak, sensuality, wisdom, rebirth. These songs are not just melodies; they are reflections of seasons I have lived through, loved through, and learned through.
And yes, I have loved greatly. More than once. Each of those loves shaped a moon in my sky.
