Honoured to have been named in the Diversity Power List 2025/26 for my advocacy for South Asians in football.. The list recognises fifty people across the United Kingdom who work to widen opportunities for others. Many of them push forward quietly, without fanfare, and seeing their efforts acknowledged is a real boost. Being named alongside them is a reminder that meaningful change is always a collective effort. My focus stays the same. South Asian voices deserve to be heard, seen and represented at every level of football. There is still distance to cover, but the momentum is growing and it is something worth building on.. A lot of that drive is now going into the asianfootballawards at Wembley Stadium on 1st October 2026. The awards are built to spotlight achievement and open doors that have been closed for too long.
