Went to support ashvirjohal and morecambefc playing away at Aldershot today. It was a tough one for the lads after Saturday’s win, but when you consider the squad only came together last week with no pre-season, you can see they are still finding their rhythm. These things take time, and once the group settles, the results will follow.. On a personal note, it was special seeing Ashvir on the touchline. I have known him for a while and have seen first-hand the work he has put in to reach this stage. Football does not hand out shortcuts, you earn your place, and he has done just that. It will take a bit of time to get into the swing of things, but I have no doubt he will grow into the role and do really well… Great to see the travelling Morecambe fans in full voice too, giving their support throughout.
