The atmosphere, the pride, the stories — it was a powerful reminder of how far the community has come. But the journey is far from over. South Asians remain significantly under-represented across both the men’s and women’s game. Whether on the pitch, in leadership, or behind the scenes, there is still work to do. We need more awareness, more allies, and more opportunities. At the same time, we must keep celebrating progress.
