It’s not a man problem. It’s a human problem.
According to the UNODC Global Study on Homicide, over 90% of homicide perpetrators are men—but so are the majority of victims.
This isn’t just about crime.
This is about pain that’s gone unheard, emotions left unspoken, and a society that teaches boys to stay silent, stay tough, and never break.
We talk about the violence men commit.
But rarely do we talk about the violence men endure—internally.
This Men’s Health Month, let’s go deeper.
Let’s ask:
🧠 What’s happening in the mind of a man before he breaks?
💔 Why is asking for help still seen as weakness?
🛑 Why do we only talk when tragedy strikes?
Men’s mental health is not a side issue. It’s at the heart of everything.
If we want a safer, more loving world—we need to heal what’s broken within, not just what’s broken outside.
Let’s stop shaming and start listening.
Let’s build a world where men don’t have to hurt to be heard.
