I'm about to go in a meditation retreat again! Heart Sutra retreat at Kopan Monastery in Nepal. It's great to be back at Kathmandu, last time I was here for a 30 days retreat at the same monastery. It was an amazing experience to learn more about meditation and Buddhism. But most to learn about myself. So for the next week I won't be connected to social media at all but as soon as I'm back I will share more information about what I learn at the retreat.
