5 years ago this was just a dream or maybe I should say a vision. I wanted to build a business that was inspired by the future. Contemporary, dynamic, digital first and fit for a new world. I had an idea how to achieve it but I’ve never built a business before and needed a lot of help from people who once knew me from previous roles and people who were enticed by what we were starting to do. The beginning was scrappy, it took us 3 months to get a business bank account as Covid was taking hold of our world and working from home was weird and inefficient. It’s certainly not the ideal way to build a real estate business even if it is ‘digital first’! Looking back, we wouldn’t have got this far without great people and a consistent attitude to push boundaries. We’ve attracted people with little ego and a lot of heart who have gone hard in building their futures. It’s exciting and somewhat daunting but we’re 100% committed to telling.
