Ok I have to tell you I just did drink this juice shot and first of all - it tastes delicious. Use an entire Apple - core included. Not only is is absolutely delicious and refreshing - about a minute after drinking I felt a pounding thud in my head and then all of a sudden it went away. I thought a migraine was coming but then some kind of energy traveled all the way down to my stomach and I actually felt the flow of the magical elixir as it got absorbed into and also saturated my insides . All of a sudden I feel very tired and light and free. Like not a care in the world. Actually very sleepy all of a sudden. I guess I’d better wrap this up real quick because I’m conking out .
