Word of the Day: TRUST . Lately, I’ve been learning one of the hardest but most powerful lessons—trust is earned, not given. In business, in relationships, in life—it’s the most valuable currency. And yet, it’s also the most fragile. I’ve learned to protect my trust more carefully now. Not everyone deserves it, and that’s okay. I’ve learned to let go of those who misuse it—and to reserve it for those who truly honor it. Today, I found myself in a room full of high-caliber business leaders. The old me wouldn’t have even dreamed of sitting at the same table—let alone negotiating deals, exchanging ideas, and being part of their trusted circle. But I didn’t get here by luck. It took hard work, sincerity, honesty, consistency, and a commitment to always deliver—not just results, but the right process. So yes, trust is earned. And keeping it?
