Let’s be real… Oh life you’ve been soooo good to me♥️ but I haven’t been able to embrace the gift 🎁 it’s offering me. While life is showing me I can slow down, my nervous system is telling me “wtf is this” … daaaa I clearly forgot wtf it means in the past year to just relax for a second. slowing down has always been harder for me. Being the provider for my babies always brought me to put in MORE and MORE energy on the table to get the outcome I wished for me and my kids… and lately life has been telling me to FEEL MORE even if it means to maybe yes slow the fuck down. ouff… man oh man do we miss out on so many great moments when we are stuck in our minds, distracted and disconnected from life itself. There’s actually no where to BE than here. Stop fucken chasing the next big thing.
