Life looked very different a couple of months ago. I was a shell of myself in a job that drained me, going through the motions, thinking that maybe this was just how life was supposed to be. I had ideas about what I wanted, but I’d never believed I could actually make them happen - they felt too far gone
And then it felt like the universe stopped waiting for me to grow a spine, and it shoved me into the deep end. I quit my job just before Christmas with no plan lined up - just that I needed to get out. I thought I was just leaving a toxic situation, to go into anything I could get as soon as possible (and I didn’t care what it was doing at this point. Even looked at coffee shops, deliveries, I just didn’t want to be in the same situation I’d left)
That leap became the push & chance I needed to live out the dreams I’d quietly written off
