Women are shamed for not taking care of themselves by men and women are shamed for taking care of themselves by women. The latter is far more disappointing. Don’t let anyone let you feel bad for sparkling. Or for looking and feeling good. Be unapologetic in how you carry yourself. You want to dress up for grocery shopping, for a latte, to take a 💩 - do what makes you feel good.
