After living in Vraja for a few years I had never met Pishima 's Sri Sri Gaura Nitai. I truly fell in love . They are so charming. We were praying and suddenly Gaura's earring fell off and then it happened again. These Deities were carved by Murari Gupta who is an incarnation of Lord Hanuman. They have mudras like Lord Rama and Lakshmana would have. Pishima took care of them as her boys since she was 20 until she turned 100 or so. There are many stories of how they interacted with her and the residents of Vraja. When she first started her seva to them she had to leave and they came in a dream and tore off a piece of her sari asking her not to leave.
