I noticed the way my breath shifted when the fog drifted across my collarbone and traced the line of my spine. And it made me wonder, how often does the body know long before the mind try to name it?💨
🌳These tree limbs hold me in place, syncing with my lungs. Through the fog, we learn to breathe like the trees do. They take in what the body can’t hold and give back what we need. They learn to live in rhythm with the seasons and we often asked to sense rather than see. 🍃
✨What’s the last time you experience something deeply somatic that you just let your breath guide you?
