Think you have chronic fatigue?
Let’s talk about that.
For years, “chronic fatigue” has been used as a label when someone feels constantly exhausted but the root cause hasn’t been identified yet. It’s not that the fatigue isn’t real. It absolutely is. But the idea that it’s just a standalone condition without a driver underneath has been increasingly challenged.
Because fatigue almost always has a physiological reason behind it.
One of the most overlooked drivers? Digestion.
If digestion isn’t working properly, nutrients don’t get broken down and absorbed efficiently. Your body then has to work harder just to produce the same amount of energy.
Add things like:
→ unstable blood sugar
→ chronic low-grade inflammation
→ poor protein digestion aka low stomach acid
→ mineral deficiencies
→ gut dysbiosis
