I wish more women knew this. ⬇️ Most “hormone problems” women are diagnosed with…aren’t actually hormone problems. PCOS. Endometriosis. Painful periods. These are usually framed as issues with the ovaries or the reproductive system. But hormones don’t just wake up one day and decide to cause chaos. They respond to what’s happening in the body; they respond to its environment. Things like: - insulin resistance - chronic inflammation - gut dysfunction - nutrient depletion - stress physiology When those systems are under pressure, the menstrual cycle is often the first place the signal shows up.
