At some point, it just stopped making sense.
I was doing all this deep work to support my body—healing my gut, balancing my hormones, reducing inflammation—
and yet I was still injecting something that didn’t align with any of that.
It felt off.
So I stopped.
And what surprised me most?
I didn’t miss it.
I started to actually love my face.
To see beauty in the texture, the movement, the emotion.
To realise my expressions are part of how people feel me.
I wanted freedom.
Freedom from constant top-ups.
Freedom from hiding.
Freedom to support my body, not fight it.
Botox made me feel “fixed”… but only for a moment.
What if the real glow—the one that lasts—was never something you had to inject?
