At some point, it just stopped making sense. I was doing all this deep work to support my body—healing my gut, balancing my hormones, reducing inflammation—
and yet I was still injecting something that didn’t align with any of that. It felt off. So I stopped. And what surprised me most? 
I didn’t miss it. I started to actually love my face. 
To see beauty in the texture, the movement, the emotion. 
To realise my expressions are part of how people feel me. 
I wanted freedom. Freedom from constant top-ups.
Freedom from hiding.
