This was my January 🙏🏽❤️ I don’t think I’ve ever sat on my arse as much as I have these last six weeks. Since my injury, life forced me to slow right down — and trust me, that didn’t come easy. The pain in my toe has been unreal. I never knew breaking a bone could hurt like that. Recovery took longer than I expected, nights with no sleep, stuck between these four walls, not really going anywhere. January didn’t start how I wanted… but sometimes that’s just how life goes. And here’s what it taught me. I learned to put my health first. I learned patience — real patience. I learned how important family is, and who truly checks for me. I learned to sit still, observe, and actually think about what I want next. January felt like a step back… but it gave me knowledge, clarity, and wisdom I wouldn’t trade for anything.
