4 Weeks of Putting Myself First
The photo on the left was me just after Ramadan at the end of March. The photo on the right is me now — just 4 weeks later.
In these 4 weeks, I chose me.
• I trained just 4 days a week.
• I ate 4 solid meals a day, staying flexible with my meals without being extreme.
• If I had more than one cheat meal in a week, I kept it clean — sushi, Turkish food, things that still fuel me properly.
I didn’t obsess over the scales. I didn’t let a number define me.
This transformation was about how I look and how I feel.
And honestly — this proves what happens when you stop making excuses, commit to yourself, and trust the process.
When you put your mind to it, you really can achieve anything.
