Event In Focus: The cloverleafequinecenter Polo Classic With 500 guests at a rural polo grounds, a legion of amazing volunteers and 45 years of joy to celebrate, every silent auction bid counted. “Our venue is rural and the WiFi does not always reach our space, so we needed a solution that worked everywhere,” said producer Lauren Perkins. For a 5th year, the team rented internet from PopUp WiFi, ensuring check-ins ran smoothly, mobile silent auction bidding never dropped out, and donations processed without a hitch. “Without working internet, every process would take longer and leave more room for error".
